Profitsfly B.V. respects intellectual property rights and expects users of the ProfitLinks platform ("Platform") to do the same.

1. Prohibited content

Users may not:

• Upload, distribute, or link to content that infringes copyrights.
• Share unauthorized copies of copyrighted material.
• Use the Platform for piracy or illegal distribution.

2. Notice of infringement

If you believe that content available through the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice including:

• Your full name and contact details.
• A description of the copyrighted work.
• The exact URL(s) of the infringing content.
• A statement that you believe the use is unauthorized.
• A statement that the information is accurate.
• Your signature (electronic is acceptable).

3. Action upon notice

Upon receiving a valid notice, we may:

• Notify the user responsible.
• Take further action, including account suspension or termination.

4. Repeat infringers

We may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

5. No liability

Profitsfly B.V. acts as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for user-generated content but will take action upon valid notice.

6. Abuse

Submitting false or misleading claims may result in liability.
